From the beginning to the end of the day our body’s all organs function including brain and intellectual power and sometimes we witness stress or headache or a continue pain in back shoulders or other parts of the body. This is a daily routine for all professional and no one can sit at home to relax as necessary for all to perform all daily activities. But how to reduce the heath problems? Easy way to get rid of stress due to daily activities and work load is Yoga. Let’s find out how yoga will help us getting far from some heath problems –

• Builds the core
Sure, the gym offers abs workouts aplenty and there are specified machines in the gym too, but it’s said that no other fitness mantra can build the core like yoga does. The ‘asanas’ (yoga postures) really work up the back and stomach muscles. Try holding a plank position for about two minutes each day.

• Boosts flexibility
You stretch, stretch and stretch. That’s the key, really. So, unlike static routines or simply hitting the treadmill, you have simple routines that can allow you to bend. More flexibility translates into less injury, so get going.

• Reduces stress
It’s undoubtedly one of the best stress relievers. You might be able to punch a bag or cycle on the elliptical, but it’s yoga that effectively eases out fatigue. So after a hard day with back-to-back meetings, roll out the mat and embark on your routine.

• Adds to hair care
If you’re worried about your hair, try yoga. It is reported that certain poses such as headstands can send blood flow to the brain and thus, stimulating hair growth.

Spending some time, preferably in morning will help us to be active throughout the day and yoga will not only keep us physically but also mentally fit and help us to reduce mental stress and improve intellectual power. Try this and see amazing results!!!
