Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G – It’s advanced and affordable.

To retain it’s market position and to continue to tap the affordable and mid-range segments of the smartphone market, Micromax has launched the Canvas Nitro 4G at Rs. 10,999. The device supports Android OS 5.0.2 Lollipop version. Here are some general features and specifications of the device.

Display – 5-inch HD (720×1280) IPS touch screen screen with oleophobic coating protection on it and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. HD display with good resolution, device will give good clarity of display for pictures and videos.

Camera – 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera with dual-LED flash, and a 5-megapixel fixed focus front-facing camera. Expected to give clear picture quality for video chatting as well.

Hardware – Snapdragon 415 octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, paired with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded using a microSD card (up to 32GB). So, no problem of slow processing and using heavy storage application.

Connectivity – The smartphone offers Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and 3.5 audio jack connectivity options. Fast file transfer is expected from the device.

SIM Slots – Dual GSM SIM slots. SIM 1 supports all bands and frequencies of EDGE, 3G, LTE and 4G whereas SIM 2 supports EDGE and less frequencies. SIM size is regular for both slots.

Accessories – Standard accessories are provided with the box e.g., USB cable, charger, stereo earphones and 2500 mAh battery.

India is at the tipping point of 4G revolution and all mobile manufacturers are making the consumers to skip 3G and directly leap forward to 4G LTE connectivity. With the launch of Canvas Nitro 4G, Micromax aims to bring a perfect combination of technology, rich features and a faster 4G experience at a great value to more and more consumers.
