Everyone likes to look fit and have well physique. An obese body does not look attractive and invites various diseases such as hypertension, heart ailments. Extra fat makes us lazy, sleepy and sluggish which impacts or professional productivity. So here I would like to discuss some food and eating habits to be slim and well maintained body.

Very first step is to schedule eating time and eat after every two hours instead eating after long intervals. This helps us to maintain an energy level in the body which is required to perform various tasks. Take light food instead of very heavy or calorie meal. Excess oily and fatty food takes time to digest so have these occasionally.

Have lemon water without sugar, prefer honey if sweetener is required. Sprouted pulses and gram are cholesterol fighters which help you to remove extra cholesterol from the body. Raw vegetables like cabbage, carrot, reddish, turnip, tomato etc. can be eaten as salad. Prefer soup or lukewarm water with major meal, very cold water with food can resist digestion of food.

Cannot go for long walk after meals? Just stroll on terrace and have a gap of 2-3 hours between meals and going for sleep. Drink water as maximum as possible and refrain from carbonated drinks. Include high fiber meals in your diet and take time to eat meal, do not rush and gulp it. When you eat, just eat, not talking, reading or any distraction. This will relax your mind while eating and relaxed mind is also required to keep you fit and healthy.

These were some healthy eating habits to keep anybody fit and slim. An over obese body is often ridiculed and invites lot’s of physical disorders. So be fit and hit your goal.
