Let us pledge to perform Yoga on this International Day of Yoga.
World marks International Yoga Day on 21st June. Let’s know about yoga by getting uninfluenced from our religion, community or beliefs. Undeniably Yoga was originated in Hindu religion but later it was adopted by Buddhism, Jainism and other religions or cultures. Yoga is spiritual, physical and mental exercise which enables people to control body and mind.
Human life is true to say is engulfed by mental, physical and other disorders. Stress, anxiety, hypertension or other psychological states and physical ailments do not see any religion or caste and these can affect any human being. Yoga definitely helps people to keep these physical disorders controlled. Even medical science has recognized Yoga as an effective tool to prevent some physical or mental disorders.
Yoga was originated in India but now it is widely acclaimed all over the world. Yoga has power to cure various prolonged physical disorders like obesity, arthritis, cervical pain and stomach related problem like indigestion, constipation etc. Meditation, which is a form of Yoga helps us to control anxiety or other mental disorders. We usually prefer to spend time at gym to build six packs and well physique which can later create some nervous related disorder.
Yoga is a best way to maintain our body by keeping it in right shape. It increases or energy level in the body enabling us to be energetic throughout the day. There are lots of television channels which air Yoga lesions every day. So we can know about various Yoga techniques from there. Best time to perform Yoga is in the morning but if not possible in morning due to odd working hour, Yoga can be performed any time but two or three hours before the meals and four to five hours after the meals.
So at this International Yoga Day, irrespective of our religion, our community or beliefs, let us schedule our Yoga time. Not much time is required to devote, just 20-30 minutes every day and see the difference in your stamina, energy and mental abilities.
